Worst experience ever. The shirts did not fit measured 16.5 inches across no way were they a size large by your chart they were XS. Emailed several times with no response sent back and have not received a refund. I sent them back priority mail at a cost of 7.95 tracking number 9405503699300106940650 My rush shipping that you charged 5.99 and a shipping fee of 11.90 for first class mail at 10 oz was a joke. It took over two weeks to receive. Will not purchase from you ever again and will tell everyone we know about the poor customer service. I will be contacting my bank on Monday to see about getting my money back since your company will not respond to my numerous emails. Poor quality, poor customer service, rate at - no stars

We like the hats and the fact that a portion of the profits are used to feed shelter dogs.
Customer service however leaves much to be desired. We purchased the hats and paid for "rush processing" on August 1...numerous attempts to contact Just Paws went unanswered until I placed a dispute of charges with my credit card. The only answer I ever received was one asking me to write a review on how I liked the product. (That we had not received) I also received numerous ads for other products. The hats finally arrived today September 9 after my charge dispute with Master Card was activated. Again... I like the hats and your mission of feeding shelter dogs but please work on your customer service communication skills. A simple genuine response, rather than a canned response would go a long way…
Also, in my opinion, the extra charge for "rush processing" is a bit deceiving.

It is one of the best fitting hats I’ve ever wore and I’m not a big hat person but you just gotta wear one sometimes. If you look in the photo the circle that is supposed to be you is not a circle looks like scribbles and the arrow is off and is not sewn I. Right faded at one end.

The hats are great! I ordered 4 of them, 2 blue, 2 charcoal. They’re super well constructed of good materials. Have 3 dogs so “dogaholic” seemed only appropriate for me. Get lots of looks when I wear it out. Funny!

Hat was nice but it was a gift for someone that I was going to see on Friday (the day it was to be delivered) because of the USPS delivery I didn’t get it until the following Monday so I was unable to give it as the gift I intended it for. Very disappointed in your delivery system.
