The picture shows a nice quality distressed hat. What came in the mail was not that. The hat quality is sub standard. Low quality hat with very cheesy distressing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

I've never received this item as of today. I've tried several times to contact your support folks over an attempt to purchase more items and only received a very short response telling me that they will get back with me "soon". I truly do not like all the flooded emails being sent into my computer from your company, all the while never having receive the only item I paid for but never received. then of course comes my frustration about truing to order more but never being given the opportunity to do so by your customer service folks?
is this company actually trying to sell something or is this a joke?
Then comes this survey? Asking me to rate the product? Is anyone reading this? Will anyone even call me directly? (307) 763 6260. Yes, i am not only dis-satisfied, but puzzled at this repertoire.

The Hat was everything I would hope it was I'm kind of a hat hore.... the only thing I thought was it took a little long to get in the mail but if you make them to order then I get it

I bought two hats for ladies in my life. Hold my Drink I'v got to Pet This Dog and the jeep with paw prints. They arrived quickly and are good quality hats. They both loved them and are planning to take them to the beach with them next month.

This hat is made for a man to wear. It looks ridiculously masculine on my head. I wasn't crazy about spending $20+ dollars (including shipping and handling) for a hat, especially since it was available in just one color. My husband doesn't wear adjustable hats, so it's a no win situation.
I didn't see return instructions in the package the hat came in. It's too much work for me to get to the post office, as I am disabled. I hope I can find someone who will wear it.

It’s a nice hat and love to saying. The issue is I must have a big head, the strap adjustment is fine but the head space seems a little shallow.

I did not like that a day after I purchased it, it went on sale from 14.95 to 9.95.
