Shipping destinations:

• We ship in the United States to all 50 states.
• Currently we do not ship to the rest of the world.

Shipping times:

• Orders takes 3-5 business to be processed (i.e embroidered) Once processed orders should be delivered within 2-5 business days. Delays may incurred through the postal service.
• Rush orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. (This does not apply to shirts or mugs, which may take us to 2-6 weeks to be processed.)
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the next business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $30 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $30 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• We do not accept offline payments via check & direct bank deposit. 

Note that additional tax charges be added to your total in accordance with your state.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@justpawsapparel.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3-5 business days, and 1-2 business days for Rush Processing.

• Where customers can track their orders?

You can track your order through your order confirmation. Trace your order confirmation email and click View Your Order.

• Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?

It is possible to change your order. You must email us with your name, order number, and order date within 24 hours. This does not insure that all orders can be changed.

• If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?

If you have received only part of your order, email our team at info@justpawsapparel.com with your name, order number, and order date with a picture of what you have received. Our team will work to get this resolved as soon as possible.

• Can a loyal customer get a discount? 

Yes, email us at info@justpawsapparel or sign up for text reminders and our team can get you a discount.

• How can an order be cancelled? 

To cancel an order email us at info@justpawsapparel within 24 hours.

• If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge? 

For orders shipped separately, additional shipping charges will not be incurred.

• How long will it take to receive a response for an email query?

Our team responds to emails and queries within 1-3 days.
